Return/Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
** Holiday Exception, Orders placed between November 26th to December 26th will have an extended EXCHANGE policy of 45 days of the delivery date shown on USPS tracking.
Exchanges will be processed within approximately 2-5 business days after we receive the exchanged item.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s)
- Email the picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) using the contact form on the "Contact us" page.
- Further instructions will be given through email
Coupon Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update
- We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
- Only one code can be used on a purchase
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases
